Return & Exchange Policy
Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We believe when treating our customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
1.1. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.
2. Return Shipping
2.1. You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
3. Inspection and Approval
3.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
3.2. If the return is approved, we will process your exchange/refund
3.3 Once approved a R50 handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.5. Changes to the Returns Policy
SilkytoSatin reserves the right to modify this exchange & returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
As we are a small business, we are unable to provide shipping or cover the cost for returns/exchanges.Reseller Policy:
Unless otherwise agreed with the Brand in writing, we do not authorize the distribution or reselling of SilkytoSatin product. We will not offer refunds or returns to those who are resellers, and we reserve the right to cancel orders from suspected resellers
