Launching in 2021, our founder wanted to cut through an overwhelming market and create natural hair products for easy and uncomplicated hair routines.

Bringing new and innovative products to the South African market, we are leading a new world of beauty. All our products are designed for natural hair protection and beauty with satin fabric.

At SilkytoSatin we are more than a beauty and hair brand. 📦ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped after processing (2-4 Business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

How can I track the status of my order?

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order. If you have any issue with your tracking information, email us at info@silkytosatin.co.za and we will be happy to help.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to cancel orders once they are made. if you made an error at checkout, please reach out to info@silkytosatin.co.za

Can I make changes to my order?

We are only able to make changes to your order before shipping. Once your order is awaiting courier collection , we are unable to make changes. However if you email us info@silkytosatin.co.za with your order number, one of our team will be able to advise the best next steps to take.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged.

I have received the incorrect item, what should I do?
