We accept payments from major credit/debit card companies like Visa, Mastercard with Payfast. You are also welcome to do a manual order via whatsapp that will require eft bank payments.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over R950
We only ship in South Africa at the moment, but we plan on shipping silkytosatin all over the world soon.
order & processing
If your order hasn't been processed, packed or shipped there's a possibility that we will be able to cancel and refund your full amount. Please contact info@silkytosatin.co.za or whatsapp 0671689893 with your order number and wait 72hours for a response. Kindly note we are closed during weekends & public holidays.
We regularly update our page with new stock, or returned stock. You can sign up to our email list and be notified when it becomes available.

You can return your order up to 7 days after it has been delivered, if product has not been used or damaged.
Please note, returns are not free - you pay for shipping back to us and a R50 handling fee MAY be deducted from your refund.

Yes, you have to cover shipping for exchange/return. SilkytoSatin will only cover shipping back to you if item is faulty. However this is subject to our return policy that you can find here
